Refund policy
It’s as easy as 1-2-3… With our 3 Step Returns policy, the first thing to do is get in touch with our Customer Service team who’ll send you a returns form. Stage 2 is to repackage your goods in their original packaging, remembering to include the completed returns form we’ve also sent. Then simply return the package in the post, and providing the products reach us in their original condition, we’ll process your refund. When returning your items, we would highly recommend using a courier service that enables you to track the parcel’s progress back to our warehouse… Better to be safe than sorry!
